1) Why did the chicken cross the road?
Students use a mixture of vectors, trigonometry and modelling to find out how a chicken can cross the road without being hit by a car.
2) Distance metrics on a sphere
Students investigate lattitudes and longitudes using vectors and explore the use of parametric coordinates.
3) Investigating the radius of the universe
Students investigate the expansion of the universe using graphical transformations and differentiation.
